At your level of play, what percentage of your sport is mental vs. physical? And if you believe the mental aspects of your game surpass the physical, are your efforts to develop those skills reflective of those beliefs? 


Stronger mental skills can be developed through  developing awareness and routines to practice those skills.  Focus, concentration, mind-set, self-talk, communication, relaxation techniques are some examples of skills that can become a strong part of your game.
